Stones Bracelets: If you need a different size for your stones bracelet, we'll send you a new one while you return the old one.

Leather Bracelets: Leather bracelets are crafted to fit your requested size and come with their individual cases. As a handmade product, we ensure that no one else has worn or tried the bracelet. To resize a leather bracelet, our expert team will make the necessary adjustments for a larger or smaller fit.
Resizing is offered for free at our store; customers are only responsible for covering the shipping fees, which include the pick-up and delivery charges.

The resizing process typically takes 7-10 working days, depending on the country. This duration accounts for pick-up, delivery time, and the direct resizing by our team upon receipt of the item. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to provide you with the perfect fit.
